Hot-dip galvanised overhead structures for large-format directional and gantry signage, designed per IRC:SP:73 with foundation design, fabrication and site erection as a single scope.
Cross-carriageway structures for multi-lane directional and toll signage, up to 42m span.
Single-side mounted arms for shoulder-side signage where full-span isn't required.
Compact overhead options for interchanges and constrained right-of-way sites.
Structural design follows IRC:SP:73 for overhead sign supports, with hot-dip galvanising to IS 2629. Design calculations and fabrication drawings are submitted for approval before work starts.
We do both. Fabrication, transport, foundation work, erection and sign panel fixing can all be executed by our own team under a single scope.
Lead time depends on span, quantity and drawing approval, and is confirmed at the time of order — share the span and sign panel sizes and we will quote a firm schedule.
